We want to make your online experience with as as enjoyable as possible.
We understand that buying online is convenient however it doesn’t give
you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit
or suit you.
You may return the items bought online at full price within 2 weeks of purchase for a store credit or exchange if preferred.
Sale items can be returned for a credit note that is valid for 3 months.
We ask that the returned items have not been worn, all labels are
attached and that you take care to protect the item when posting.For
hygiene reasons, please ensure that all knickers and swimwear are tried
on over your own underwear.
How do I return an Item?
Attached to your Order Confirmation will be a link to a Returns Form,
which we ask you to fill out and return with any items that didn’t fit
or suit. This form clearly outlines the process for returning, such as
including the return address and how to nominate for a credit or exchange.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility,
but we will pay the postage when sending a replacement or exchange
product.
We advise when returning goods, you do so via registered mail to ensure their
safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you need to return an item for another reason such as a product
fault and the two-week window has passed, please call customer service

know.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item - it is advisable to send
an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including
the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it
on hold for you. We dont want to sell out before
your return arrives!
